How do I know whether my roof qualifies?
Condition matters more than age alone. We review accessible visible areas, roof history, leaks, repairs, previous treatments, and the shingle manufacturer’s guidance. A roof that needs repair or replacement must have those issues addressed first.
What happens during the assessment?
With your permission, we review the roof’s history and accessible visible condition, starting from the ground. We explain what we can see, what we cannot verify, and whether treatment is worth considering. This is a limited preservation assessment, not a full roof inspection or a remaining-life certification.
What is the difference between Rejuve and Roof Protect?
They are separate NexaNano products. The manufacturer describes Rejuve Roof Protect as a treatment intended to restore flexibility to aging asphalt shingles. Roof Protect is a protective treatment. The roof’s condition, compatibility, and current product instructions determine the recommendation; they are not interchangeable packages.
How much does roof preservation cost?
Your written quote is based on measured roof area, slope, access, preparation, and the appropriate treatment. We confirm those details before giving a final price. Ask about combining a roof treatment with driveway cleaning or concrete protection.
Is there a neighborhood offer?
Yes. A neighborhood rate may apply when two qualifying homes within a quarter mile are confirmed on the same 14-day route. We show the eligible price and conditions in writing before you decide. Discounts do not stack.
How long will the treatment last?
Results depend on the roof and the treatment. MoroVia does not promise a fixed number of added years. Any product warranty or performance claim must be supported by the applicable written manufacturer terms.
What if my shingles are under warranty?
Tell us before treatment. We need to consider the actual shingle manufacturer’s guidance and warranty, along with any prior coatings. We do not promise that a treatment will have no effect on an existing warranty.
Can you work during winter?
Yes, when the roof, surface temperature, wind, and full drying and curing window meet the product’s requirements. A warm afternoon alone is not enough. We confirm suitable conditions and reschedule when needed.
